🎃 Packages & Styling

Are your pumpkins, mums, and straw real?
Yes—real pumpkins, real straw bales, and real, living garden mums. Natural color/size variations are part of the charm. Our wreath is crafted with premium faux florals for durability.

Do product photos match what I’ll receive?
Yes—the pumpkin, mum, and straw bale counts listed for each package are accurate. Photos are representative of styling; exact layouts vary porch to porch.

Can I customize colors or the exact look?
We don’t take color requests. We source our favorite, in-season picks and style what looks best for your porch—so every design is a little different (that’s the magic!). Want more pop or fullness? Add extra mums or straw bales at checkout.

Will my layout match the photos exactly?
Not exactly. Every porch has different steps, light, and space. We design on-site for the best look and safety—so no two installs are identical by design.

Do you carve or paint the pumpkins?
No—our pumpkins are uncarved for longevity and a clean, classic look.

Will you drill or attach hardware?
No. We use your existing wreath hook/hanger and place décor without permanent alterations.

📦 Orders & Delivery

How do deliveries work?
At checkout, choose your desired Delivery Week. We’ll email you within 24–48 hours after purchase to confirm your exact install day. We do our best to honor your week, but slots are limited—book early. If your chosen week is full, we’ll automatically bump you to the next available week and email you that update.

Where do you deliver and what’s the fee?
We’re based in Acworth, GA. Free delivery is available within 10 miles of our home base (near Seven Hills Publix). Homes 10–20 miles away are in our Extended Delivery Zone and include a $20 fee, automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your address.

Do I need to be home?
Nope (though we’d love to meet you!). If you’ll be away, please clear the space, secure any pets, and share gate/access codes in the Delivery checkout notes or by replying to your confirmation email. If you added a wreath, have a hook ready—we’ll handle the rest.

How long does installation take?
Install time depends on the package you choose and your porch. Since no two porches are alike, we take our time to ensure yours is set up in the absolute best possible way. You don’t need to be home—just make sure access is sorted (see above) and we’ll take it from there.

Apartment/condo installs?
Yes—if there’s easy elevator/stair access and no HOA restrictions. Please share building rules and access details at checkout or by replying to your confirmation email.

Do I need HOA approval?
Please check your HOA/community rules before ordering. We don’t verify HOA permissions and aren’t responsible for any restrictions or removal requests.

What if bad weather is forecast?
We keep an eye on the weather and may shift timing for safety and best results. Weather adjustments don’t trigger refunds—we’ll reschedule within your Delivery Week or the next available day.

Can I change my Delivery Week after booking?
Email or call us ASAP. We’ll try our best to move you to the next available spot, pending install capacity, but can't make any promises.

What if something arrives damaged?
We inspect all of our products prior to delivery and setup, and because these are real (not faux) items, natural variation is expected. Rest assured we only install what we think are the best and prettiest pieces. If anything looks damaged upon delivery, email us a photo the same day and we’ll make it right quickly.

💸 Cancellations & Refunds

What is your Refund/Cancellation policy?

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before your confirmed install day receive a 50% refund. Inside 72 hours, all sales are final because materials are sourced and install routes are set. Weather may shift timing for safety/quality and doesn’t qualify for refunds; if needed, we’ll reschedule into your selected Delivery Week or the next available day. After install, orders are non-refundable.

🪴 Care & Aftercare

How long will the pumpkins last?
Uncarved pumpkins typically last several weeks in fall. Longevity depends on sun, heat, rain, and airflow—shade plus a dry surface keeps them happiest.

How do I keep the display looking great?

  • Mums: Water at the soil line when the top inch feels dry; avoid soaking blooms. Bright light is great—morning sun with afternoon shade helps blooms last.
  • Pumpkins: Keep shaded and dry; lift off constantly wet surfaces; brush off standing water after rain.
  • Straw: Some natural shedding is normal.

What do I do with everything after the season?
Compost pumpkins if you can; mums can be planted or composted; straw makes great garden mulch. Prefer hands-off? Add Removal at checkout (limited spots).

Can I gift a porch setup?
Yes! Enter the recipient’s address and add a gift note at checkout. Prefer flexibility? We also offer gift cards in set amounts.

Will you take and share photos of my porch?
We love before/afters! We only share photos with your permission. You can opt out at checkout or by emailing us.

Do you decorate for other holidays (Christmas, Easter, 4th of July)?
That’s the plan! This is our debut season and we’re giving it everything so you’ll call us back for the next holiday. Christmas is already on the mood board—and it’s going to be LIT(tered in twinkle lights). Stay tuned.
